Leaking T Top Camaro inside.

Hello all, I’m new to this site. And I have thousands of questions to ask. So he patient with me haha. But one big problem I have is my T top 91 Camaro leaks down into my car. Leaks from the sun visor brackets down into my lap. And it also leaks into my back seats. I literally have my bucket seats in the rear with inches of water! I had all the weather stripping recently done. Maybe rust?

Sounds like the T-top cross-bar is probably rusted out (there is a reproduction stainless one available - that's what I have) and the weatherstripping may have been installed incorrectly. Installing the weatherstripping is NOT EASY. And these cars leaked to a lesser extent from the factory so don't think you are going to make it 100% dry. It's not likely.

Yeah I’ve seen one on Hawk’s. I might try purchasing that one.

T-top bar is likely no longer sealed. If it's rusted out, it needs to be replaced. You will also need to repair any rust in the t-top channels, which may require welding in new metal if they're rotted out bad. This is a BIG project even without rust problems, I just finished it on my '91 RS. Took months to finally get all the new leaks figured out, but this car is now as leakproof as my '02 T/A. This guide was extremely useful https://www.kt-s.net/media/T-Top%20W...k%20Manual.pdf

Oh wow that’s awesome! Thanks for that manual. I’ll check it out tonight when I’m off of work. It’s definitely rusted on top, I’ll take some pictures when I get some time. Also I had gotten a new windshield installed last year, and the installer told me there was rust on that side too. I regret buying a T top car to be honest lol

Depending on where you live, it might be just the cross-bar. Here in Oregon, cars don't rust at all, but that cross-bar was nasty and rusted. Just something about the design. Under the cross-bar though there was no damage at all and I was able to replace the bar and reseal everything (after painting, etc) and get it back to a sustainable state of operation.

Also, since my weatherstripping is fairly new. If I install a new T top bar. Am I supposed to change it, or can I reuse it?

You can reuse it as long as you don't tear any of it when removing it. I'd recommend using a heat gun to soften it up a bit.
