Antenna Grommet

Hey, all.
I know someone has done it before and might be able to give me insight on how to remove the Antenna Grommet from the fender without damaging it. I need to replace the fender, is there a tool that I need?

You remove the mast, then find which hole fits the grommet. You then untwist it and it screws off nd you pop out the bezel once the screw part is removed.
