How to tell if frame is bent?

Hey everyone, I'm putting together an 87 firebird roller that I got and I'm concerned that the car was in an accident. I have a tubular k-member from Spohn and a wonderbar from Detroit Speed. The k member doesnt line up with the bolt holes once both alignment pins are in. The wonderbar almost has enough room to go in but its rubbing on the right frame rail so much that it doesnt fit. Judging by youtube videos of installation of either product there isn't supposed to be any of these problems.

So, how can I tell if the frame is bent?

Put it on a frame machine, or look for bent structural parts

Problem is the car is totally gutted in the front. No suspension, nothing. There's not much to go off of.

Did GM not have a body manual for these cars with body/frame dimensions that can be measured?

It's in the GM service manual.
