rear bumper extender question
how do you remove these lower bumper extenders? ive got a new one and when i get under the car i see the screw holes for the bottom of the extender but i dont understand how you get to the studs for the speed nuts. its got a metal plate welded were those nuts would be so they would be on the other side of that plate. mines held on by a wood screw

Re: rear bumper extender question
You go through the inside of the car. You'll have to move the trunk quarter trims out of the way and the nuts will be down at the bottom.

Re: rear bumper extender question
I don't think I would have ever guess it would be in the trunk, was getting ready to do some cutting. I hate opening that hatch, mine never wants to close when I open it. I've had to replace that pulldown motor a lot but I appreciate the help.

Re: rear bumper extender question
And sometimes there's 2 sided tape at the top of the ground effect holding it tightly to the rear quarter panel.
