Hey all, first time posting so sorry if this belongs in a different forum.

Ive been restoring a friends 89 iroc z, and we've replaced the door. Completely transfered everything (and i mean everything) to the new door, installed the glass but I just cannot for the life of me get it to sit correctly. The rear of the glass is sitting way too far up and the front is low. I've tried adjusting and moving all the brackets pictured below, but I cannot get the rear to just go down an inch. Did I possibly install the glass into the track wrong? At this point the only thing I could think would be the track itself is the issue.
