Removal of Gauge Panel.........

I bought new Xenon Hyper white 194 bulbs for my gauges and ac/heater controls. How do I remove the gauge panel and install the new 194 bulbs? Thanks!

Just take out the 8 torx screws and remove the bezel.
Then remove the 1/4" (i think) screws holding the lens on and remove the lens.
Remove the screws holding on the metal cover just over the gauges and remove the cover.

You should then be able to change the bulbs.

For some reason, I cannot find the 8 torx screws. I assume they are under the dash, because that is the only place I can see them being. But, under my dash there is 1 torx screw and like 3 philips screws and I guess a few missing screws. Is this where I begin? Any pics would be helpful.

The 90-92 panel is different than the earlier one. I don't know how to get the later style out, since I don't own one, but I'm sure you could find it here somewhere if you run a search.

Go to a junk yard and practice on one there. If you really screw it up, it won't matta.

I donīt have the 90-92 car but I have that cluster, so I try to help.
1 First I think those torxes that theyre talking about are those holding the plastic interior piece above your feet. Well atleast that one has to come off.
2 Next you should be able to see 2 screws holding the plastic that runs around the cluster, the upper part of it is just pressed on with some sort off clamps (pull).
3 Now you can take off the lens 4 screws at bottom 3 screws at the top (you donīt have to take that lens separetly off you can take it and the metal surrounding off at the same time).

But I still wonder if you can change those bulbs from inside the cluster. If you canīt just skip "3" and go to "4".

4 Now you should see 4 screws holding that cluster(2 up, 2 down) unscrew those and the cluster should come loose.
5 You might have to loosen the steering column a bit to get the cluster to fit to come out(2 nuts, one on each side off the column under the first plastic you took off)
