Hatch window metal?

Hatch window metal?
What is the metal piece that goes on the outside of the hatch window(outlines it). Do you have to replace the whole window to replace this part? Mine is starting to rust.

I was just checking on that last night. I have one of those Camaro books that has every single part # listed in exploded detail. I then checked the price at gmpartsdirect.com and it is around $300.00. If you need the part #'s let me know and I will post them..
