Somewhere i remeber reading that if you own a GM car or truck that GM has a paint warranty for 10 years. I got a 92 S10 with some rust you think GM will paint it. Just a thought

No. I have a 92 Firebird with fading paint, and they said they only warrenty the paint and body for 3/36, like everything else. Then again, they don't even want to do the recall for the fuel filler neck.
