Braided SS brake hoses worth the money??

I was about to replace my cracked original hoses and it was suggested to me to use braided hoses instead of store bought rubber hoses. Is it worth it paying 3 times as much for the braided hoses??

If you've got to replace them anyway and you plan to keep the car for a while I would say yes, and the pedal will feel more firm also.

How come not on the daily driver? IMO thats what I'd want it on more so than a weekend driver.

because the stock replacement ones will last another 15-20 years without problem..... its hard to justify spending $50 on a $6 part if you're not going to really have any advantange to it...

if its your toy daily driver, go ahead, its not a reliabilty thing or anything like that....
