c5 brakes on 3rd gen?

i saw the whole assembly in the for sale part. for a c5 front brakes hub caliber and rotor with brakets. would that fit my 16 inch rs wheels?

No...C5s require 17" wheels.

Although you can go this route: LS1 rotors and C5 calipers as seen here:

well i would like the hub option. so i dont have my studs attacted to my rotor. if that makes any sense.

Yes it does...most of the brake upgrades use the hub and slip on rotor design, it's a good design.
