Confirm my thoughts

My fancy dandy brake pads were pretty worn out. Almost nothing left. So I traded them in for a new set but then I still didn't have muchif any brakes. They stop but you quckly hit a wall of pressure.

I assumed my fancy pads had worn the rotors to much.

So I just go my new rotors in the mail. $75 shipped.

When installing them I only had to push the calipers in a tad.
The new pads looked fine. And what do you know. I get the same results. Little bit of brake then I hit a pressure wall.

Both calipers were replaced in 02 limited life warranty with the rubber lines.

So about 99% sure its the calipers are now bad.

Had a bad line before and it would make the brakes lock shut.
So I am tossing that out as a problem.

What do you mean by hitting a pressure wall?

Thinking now that its my brake booster.

I went ahead and traded in my calipers.
{ I only get to do that once,so I wasn't in a rush.]

So new pads, rotors and calipers and its only a tad better. I flushed all the front fluid and bleed well. Used 1 gaint bottle and a half.

But I think now its the booster as I have brakes until I start to push hard and then it feels like I got manual brakes. Like pushing the brake pedal with the car off.

Though I should probably do the master cylinder while I'm at it.
But man that another $130 plus time servered. Maybe i can find a 100,000 or less brake booster used cheap. Mine lasted 220,000
