What size brake lines??

What size brake lines??

I want to replace all the lines on my '89 Formula (4wheel discs)
What size are the lines?

Transmission: A4, A4, slated to be a T56
Usually they're 3/16".

Transmission: several, mostly broken
'84 was the first year for metric fittings.

Don't forget that the main line to the rear is 1/4", not 3/16"

So the line from the master cyl. to the rear is 1/4. Is the line from the m.c. to the front 1/4" also?
After the T, the lines to the l&r wheel is 3/16?
