remote mount MC and resivour

i was watching the "powerblock" today on spike and i think it was on the show TRUCKS! they did a brake set up using a remote mount master cyl and res. it would remove it from the engine bay and relocate it, making the engine may look much cleaner, just wondering if anyone has seen this or tried it, pics would be much appreciated if you have any! thanks

How would that work? Electric hydrolic pump activated by a switch on the brake pedal? If so why would you need a master cylinder?

Just wondering out loud.
