C6 ZO6 brake adapter brackets, gauging interest

After a coupel requests for them, I'm gauging forum and board interest in new adapter brackets needed to install the huge C6 ZO6 14" brakes to our cars. The brackets we use for C5 brakes will work to some extent but will need to be greatly trimmed, cut, and smoothed to get the large monoblock caliper lugs to fit. I have the pattern made for a new bracket that will be totally bolt on but before I send it to have them made I would like a headcount of those interested. First run can be of 5 or 10 sets.

Brackets will come with all hardware to install the calipers and bolt the brackets to the spindles and of course be zinc plated.

LMK please, glad to help.

Ed

How much trimming are we talking about here? Do you have some pictures of a trimmed bracket? If it's a lot, then I'd be interested. Could I trade ya my c5's for c6's?

i might be interested in just the bracket , i have c5 brakes with 18inch boyfs but i have the stepped lip so i have 17inch centers. I might possible sell them and get 18s with a flat lip so i could run the new z06 brakes.

More trimming than I am willing to do on a 1/2" thick bracket, the time isn't worth it to me when the bracket can be easily made. I guess I can prorate a swap but I have plenty of C5 brackets on hand.

The standard $85-90 shipped for zinc washed brackets and mounting bolts, less if more people are interested.

The C6 Z06 brakes are just insane! Would I be correct in assuming they require minimum 18" wheels?
