Brake line to caliper hose: What size is the adapter?

What size is the adapter that goes between the line coming from the master cylinder and the rubber hose that goes to the caliper and is mounted to the frame with a C clip?

My plan is to install a CPP master cylinder that has 3/8 fittings using Summit's stainless steel lines (1/4 and 3/16) with the appropriate fittings and adapters but I'd like to stay as close as possible to stock sizes.

Does anyone have the exact sizes for brake lines, fittings and adapters for our cars?

I understand the front lines are 1/4 and the lines from the T on the rear axle are 3/16. Is this correct?

Thanks

D.

Assuming I get 3/8 fittings can I use a 3/8 male to male adapter and if so where can I buy one? I searched Summit's site for these adapters but nothing came up. Do you know of any online vendors I can use?

Thanks

D.
