Caliper Upgrade

I found these calipers on summit racing and I was wondering if these would fit a 1992 firebird 305 V8,5.0

Re: Caliper Upgrade

Do you think if they just bolt into stock boltings or would you have to change the mounting braket also to make them fit?

Re: Caliper Upgrade

would that be a replacement for the 1le styled calipers, the dual piston or would that actually work on a standard styled 10.5 or 1.75 whatever our size rotors are.

realy i mean for an extra 15 bux if it fits then what the hell it can't hurt.

the factory gm style caliper doesn't slide for **** how it's designed + the extra piston should give it a more even load i'd expect......

anyways any1 else have opinion on this?

Re: Caliper Upgrade

What mad said. Check the application and its for 82-92 fronts, which can only mean 10.5 rotors and single piston calipers.

Re: Caliper Upgrade

What's so special about them? If you think you're getting a dual-piston because of the picture, read the fine print at the bottom of bigger version of that picture. You're probably getting a standard 1 piston caliper.
