Going from drum to disc. Whats involved with this?

Axle/Gears: 3.23
Going from drum to disc. Whats involved with this?

looking at a posi rear right now that is disc.

was wondering what is involved with this swap. My pops was saying he believes the Master Cylinder and Proportion Valve might need to be changed.

Any and all help appreciated.
