What has to be changed?

Car: 87 iroc Arctic White w/gold ss stri
Engine: Turbo'd 5.3 in process
Transmission: T-56 w/SPEC stage 3+ clutch
Axle/Gears: 9" Moser w/3.25's
What has to be changed?
What I have now is a 87 iroc was originally a 305 car with disc on all 4. Now I only have the fronts. The previous owner threw the old rear disc's and calipers away because they had rust on them. WHAT???
So here is what I am thinking LS1 rears with the c4hd zo6 13" fronts. I have read on here that the c4hd's will fit under the stock Iroc 16's.
I guess my real question is, will everything work with my stock master cylinder and proportioning valve, and brake booster. Or will I have to change out these parts too?

it will "work", but to get the best performance out of the rears, you really should install an adjustable valve for the rear brakes
