I'm looking for braided hoses for cracked hose replacement and upgrade. I've seen threads knocking Earls and Russel. Has anyone used the Goodridge G-Stop 5 line kit? I've got a '91 v6 and I'll be adding rear discs. Are they good and is it possible to buy just the front hoses because I don't know when I'll get to the rear swap? Best place to buy?

 

havent used them personally, but i was looking at some of their hoses at their booth at SEMA last year and they look pretty solid. they are DOT approved, so thats a good sign. But earls and russles are too....

 

Goodridge makes excellent products. They would be my first choice for any vehicle. I bought a 5pc kit just for the rear section. I'll grab some pictures of the unused fronts. Base91, if you can't find a front only kit, let me know, I'll help you out.

you should be able to get them with a black pvc coating too. added corrosion resistance and a more stealthy look

 

I have them on the front of my 84 and was really impressed with the quality and the fit.
