Hawk Brake Pads for stock Caliper
In the process of doing the 1LE brake upgrade and "Pep Boys" has the "Hawk" brake pads, which fit stock caliper, for $14.95!

are they "hawks" or "hawk" could be a knock off.

Yeah, I thought the same thing too. The counter guy said that they're normally 57.00 each side (if my memory serves me right), but since they won't be stocking them, they are blowing them out for $15 per side. They arrive on Monday....I will keep you up to date on what I get

Curious, I did a search on Summit, using the above part number, and the site doesn't show it as anything close to a 1LE replacement. The year range was 1969 to 1981 for Camaros.

I stopped by pep boys today and had them search for pads for my Iroc. They showed the Hawk performance street Pads Original retail like $70 bucks or more but sell price for 13.10 bucks. Got two sets ordered suppose to be here tomorrow!
