Emergency/parking brake
I need the driver parking brake cable and the short front brake cable that connects the two rear ones. Does anyone know where to get them. Does anyone have picture of how they connect to the caliper. It has been a while since they were taken off

The only place you can get these original parts are at the junkyard man.

Re: Emergency/parking brake
I have a 1983 trans am with four wheel disc brakes. I think I found the ones I need but if you have the numbers that you used I can double check. I really appreciate both replies.

Re: Emergency/parking brake
Thanks a bunch. I will get this going. Take transmission to get cleaned up. Throw the lt1 in and start to wire. Goal is to have running by next summer. However lot of work to be done. I took the car all the way down. Again thanks for the help

Re: Emergency/parking brake
You need the ebrakes to work in order for the rear calipers to self adjust.
