Those look like they were made with the Brake Quip system. If so they should be DOT approved and each line is tested to 3000psi. Again, if they are Brake Quip, you have nothing to worry about.

Re: ls1 Brake lines

I have my LS1 brakes ready to install. I got my calipers second hand and I think I might be missing some parts. I watched a Youtube video of a guy doing an LS1 brake install and he had some tin clips that went between the mounting bracket and the calipers, top and bottom. I don't have those. I'm guessing I can just buy them at an auto parts store..what are they called??? Thanks

Can you provide a link to the video and tell me where they show up. I don't know what clips you are talking about?

It's some hardware between bracket and caliper, shows up at 3:12 in video..I don't have those. Hoping they are easy to find.

Those are pad slider shims. They typically come in caliper hardware kits. You will need
Raybestos H5641A or similar.

Thanks I got them today, I also got new stock for my car brake lines being I'm getting low on cash. I decided not to get the braided lines.... I do need to get those copper washers that go between the caliper and brake line. I was wondering if it would be better to go with the one for stock brakes or for LS1 brakes..Anyone have a part #?

I suspect they are the same size for stock or 4th gen. Any of your local parts stores should have them. Just ask them for 10mm banjo crush washers. Bring in your banjo bolt if you want to verify they are the correct size.
