c6 upgrade....now having issues

Brakes were fine before I upgraded my rear end and did a c6 upgrade. I did have the rear out of the car for 2 months with the rear lines hanging there. I also put new Russell lines on. I gravity bled the rear and 2 man bled the front. Now my pedal is extremely spongy. I checked for leaks...didn't see any. So since I had the rear out do you think I'm gonna have to bench bleed the master again?

Take a soda bottle and put 1/4 new brake fluid in it. Take a vac. home and make sure its submersed in it. Put the other side on the bleeder screw. Crack open the bleeder and sealf bleed all 4 brakes again.

Make sure you dont run the res. dry. Doing it this way you only need one person. The line will only suck fluid back in and no air. Ive never had a problem doing it this way.

But if the rear lines leaked completely out wouldn't I have to bench bleed the master again? Fluid was still in the resevoir for the fronts.

Yes, if it was fully drained you need to bench bleed the master.
