What make and model 2010 are you talking about?
Can you provide more detail on what you are trying to figure out? Sleeves?
If you are referring to 5th gen SS rotors, you need to bore out the center bore then they slide right on. The wheel stud holes are large enough to allow for the different wheel bolt pattern.

they are machined. what im talking about is the 3mm difference in the patterns. it looks like the rotors will move around a lot (more than on a stock brake set like the 4th gens). i want to find something that will keep them from doing that and possibly chewing up the studs and the hub. im a little worried itll create a sawing motion of sorts.

If you insist, you can do as some OEMs do for production facility. You can drill and countersink a hole in the hat in between lug holes. Drill and tap a corresponding hole in your hub then run a countersunk screw to hold the two together.
You can see there is such a hole drilled in factory gen II CTS-V wheels. In fact I just checked my rotor stash here and there is already a hole in the factory 5th gen SS rotors as well.
