HELP PLEASE! Brake Line Flare and Thread Size

Ok so I am made up all the lines for Kirby's TA and now and doing the axle for my dads car.

On the center rubber to brass brake hose, what type of flare and what thread is the fitting and line that I need to use? I will be making up a new hard line to run from this rubber rear center hose (off the axle) to the front of the car to the proportioning valve.

Please let me know, thanks, Tim
