T fitting from Goodridge brake line kit #12254 doesn't fit my '91 Z28

I had a mechanic buddy install these lines on my 1991 Z28. The supplied T junction from the frame to axle lines does not work. The factory axle line fittings are long and they bottom out in the T junction before the threads make contact. Goodridge's email contact isn't working and they have no phone # on their website. Anyone have this issue and/or a possible solution? No local auto parts store or brake shop had a junction that would work.

I finally got a response from Goodridge. Their kit does not work on cars with the 1LE rear brakes. Any suggestions? Has no one with the 1LE rear brakes installed stainless lines??

There is no such thing as 1LE rear brakes. They are the same as a non-1LE car when equipped with rear disc's.

You need a T-block for bubble flare lines. This is why the fittings (tube nuts) are longer, a bubble flare fitting also has the threads starting further back from the end. That is, at the connection end of the tube nut there is an empty space before the threads start.

A SAE 45* double flare fitting has the threads starting right from the start of the fitting.

Thank you. I am going off what the Goodridge tech told me regarding the 1LE rear brakes. With your info I can get the part and finish my brake lines!

UPDATE: No local auto parts store has this fitting. The local brake and hose company didn't have this fitting. Goodridge is looking into this but I feel like they will not have it. Do I have an oddball setup? What did others do with rear discs and Goodridge lines??
I am at a loss for a solution other than replace the factory rear solid lines to each caliper.

Here is a picture of the T-block from my '92 (rear drums). Top is the stock OEM hose, the lower is an Earl's hose. The Earl's hose fit with no issues.

The Earl's T block has much deeper threads than the Goodridge. I ended up ordering new rear hard lines from Hawks Third Gen to replace the stock ones so I can get this project completed. They were like $40.

New hard lines arrived. Same fittings as the factory lines. Where can I buy the Earl's T fitting??? This is getting ridiculous. And I would NOT recommend Goodridge lines as they are clueless to this issue and were no help at all.
