Yes. I just fit the base brakes to our spindle (4 piston on a 12.6 rotor) The base brakes should fit into a 17 well.

I just found a set of front and rear 2015 C7 calipers with 1230 miles on them for just over $1K. I'm interested in them only because I have 17" rims up front with 275 35 17 tires. I should've gotten 18" rims all the way around!
Anyway, I'll be starting my own Base C7 thread soon after I receive the calipers.
