Ls1 front Pbr's rear - Right rear brake pressure?

Hi guys hope I could get some guidance on my brake set up.

Just swapped to Ls1 brakes in the front while retaining my Pbr's in the rear. The car is to be mostly used at the track (road).

I went ahead and installed an 22lbs spring on the prop valve at the same time.

When I brake while going straight the car stop very well. If I push it I can lock the front tires.

My concerns is that during a turn and braking in the inside wheel locks up fairly easy. Is this correct? I don't rule out that it could be me that does not understand braking while getting into a corner.

I'm considering installing a 19lbs spring.

Any feed back is appreciated.

Thanks
Sac

Weight transfer is why the inside wheel will lock up.

Is that normal even while braking relatively light/medium?

No but, a proportioning valve won't affect side to side anyway. If you have one side braking more than the other, you have other issues.

If it's while cornering, yes.

I did put my Koni's on full soft, perhaps the nose is diving more now also influencing the rear to lock up. Will try different springs in couple of weeks at the track, and see how the car reacts.

Thanks

With the new brakes up front with any applied braking now you have more braking power in the front causing the nose to dip/drop more then before transferring more weight to the front outside wheel lighting up the rear inside wheel. Stiffen up the front shocks and a larger sway bar. Brake sooner then before or back up the corner and the car won't unsettle as much. With any change in the car your driving has to adapt to it. Fix one issue 3 more arise lol.

Thanks I figure I went the wrong way. I will stiffen the shock back and see how it behaves. And yes the more I work on issues the more I find LOL
