Tried searching, i would have figured someone else would have come across this. So I picked up a 4th gen rear axle, trying to do the swap, and getting new brake components. My problem is I am missing the metal caps and the pin that the E-brake bracket pushes out to spread the shoe. apparently you can only get it as a setup where you unbolt and bolt in the backing plate with the hardware. GM only has the drivers side, the passenger is discontinued. The only kits I can find online crosses back to fitting GM trucks. Anyone have any idea where I can find a kit like this? has anyone tried the truck kit and it maybe works?
