Need help identifying a proportion valve

I need some help identifying a proportion valve. I pulled it from a 91 rs with rear discs, but the rear that was in the car was 26 spline, so Im assuming the rear was swapped in. Im not sure how to tell if this is a disc valve or drum. Or what year range it fits.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That stamp on the side that says MB. You can dig a bit and find the last time this topic came up and I posted a bunch of the codes. I dn't have time to check my notes at the moment but I'm pretty sure MB is a drum prop valve.

Check it out. It's half way down page one of the brake forum.

Drum brakes.

Here's the most informative thread on this site ever made about the topic that nobody even knows exists.

Thanks. Guess I was searching too narrow when I used the entire code. Got in too much of a rush.

Yep drum brakes. Not what I was hoping for, but its what I assumed once I discovered the rear was swapped in and not from that car.

It doesn't matter if it was for a drum. All you do is change the spring.

If you don't want it then I'll send you a few dollars for it just because I'm curious to see the parts that are inside.

Right, but if you were going to sell it, which was my plan, the disc ones usually fetch a much better price.
