Steel line or combinated? And video teardown

Hi from Spain. I have a V6 from 1990 with the rear axle from a V8 from 1987. I have taken the car to check the brakes and on the rollers the right rear wheel is braking a bit. And right brakes more. But when I pick it up at home and check it I see it fine. the strange thing is that the right brake line is made of steel with a plastic section, and the left is only made of steel. it's OK?
What is the correct position of the piston retaining clip? thanks

Re: Steel line or combinated?

The rubber line on one side, and the steel line going directly to the caliper on the other side, is how that brake system came from the factory.

Re: rear brakes video?

Thanks. I want to change the rear brake seals of the 1987 trans am because the wheel is braked. Do you know where I can see a video? to see if I have to compress the piston or if it is turned with a tool and see what parts it has inside. I can't get it out with compressed air.I dont found It on Youtube.

another question. on the front brake the pad has a clip that fits over the piston. and when the piston is withdrawn the tablet is taken with it. the rear brake has nothing?

Hi. I have already seen that the piston clip is mounted as in my first photo. When disassembling the piston I see that the core is twisted. it's wrong, right? Can it be fixed or will I have to change it?
