1LE pad and rotor swap.

I just did a pad and rotor swap on my 1991 1LE. Went with Baer pads and rotors. Just replacement parts no huge upgrades so using the original calipers. It was difficult to near impossible to find any good videos doing this job until I remembered that these are basically Corvette calipers so searched C4 Corvette brake job and found this very helpful video. Just thought I'd pass it along to anyone else looking for this type of information.
. No, I'm not the Chris in the video .

I haven't looked at these in a while, but I recall wondering how the caliper would actually stay mounted when looking at the mounting system.

Re: 1LE pad and rotor swap.

The pins. The pins hold the calipers in place. The braking "loads"/torque do not go into the caliper. All the caliper has to do is: not fall off the pads, and, squeeze the pads.
