Rebuilt Kit For 1984 Firebird T/A Front Disk brakes

Guys;
Is there a company that supplies a full rebuild kit that also includes the piston. Company locally wants $162 cdn to rebuild each side.
I replaced the rotors & pads last fall. I had to maybe overcompress the pistons to install the brake pads & ever since, I have a bad pull to the right.
Suggestions?

No such thing. Can't, didn't, won't ever happen.

Whole calipers are CHEEEEEEEEEEP. Like, $25 in the States. Worth driving across the bridge for.

bad pull to the right.
Sounds like the rubber hose on the left is bad, such that the L is not working. Those fail by rusting up on the inside; the holes in the nipple part of the fittings where the rubber goes onto them, is VERY small to begin with, and rusts shut. Since ALL 3 hoses have been subject to the EXACT SAME moisture in the EXACT SAME fluid for the EXACT SAME length of time, odds are VERY HIGH that if ONE has corroded into oblivion that way, the others are in the EXACT SAME state and should also be replaced. Those are maybe $15 each or some such on the other side of the bridge. Replace ALL the fluid at the same time; like, turkey-baster all the old stuff out of the MC, wipe the schmutz all out with a paper towel or something lint-free, refill completely, and bleed everything until clcean new fluid comes out of all 4 corners. DO NOT let the MC run dry at any time while working on all this, lest your next post be something like "pedal goes almost to the floor and is mushy".

Replace all parts from hoses forward with new AC Delco or equivalent gear.

Re: Rebuilt Kit For 1984 Firebird T/A Front Disk brakes

I've used many sets of Napa's Adaptive One calipers on 3rd gens and have been very happy with them. They are 100% ready to go and have a nice black E-coating on them. Had everything I needed in the box for installation and everything was 100% brand new except for the castings.

NAPA Adaptive One Brake Caliper Single Piston Floating Remanufactured ADC 2235XB | Front Left | Product Details

NAPA Adaptive One Brake Caliper Single Piston Floating Remanufactured ADC 2235XA | Front Right | Product Details

Here in the USA they are $33.29 each with a $22.00 core charge. So $55.29 each. And we have a SPRINGTIME promo code for 20% off $125.00. So add in a set of NAPA Ultra Premium Front Brake Pads Semi-Metallic for $69.99 to be able to use the 20% off promo code and the total after discount is $153.25 then get back your $44.00 core charge and you in to it for $109.25 for their best set of front calipers and best set of front brake pads.

Man they got you all up there in Canada.

$99.59 CAD + $16.87 CAD core charge. So $116.46 CAD each for the calipers. Then add in Napa's best brake pads to keep the comparison equal to my example above. NAPA SilentGUARD Brake Pads Copper Compliant Semi-Metallic at $125.99 a set and they are one notch quality wise below the Ultra Premium pads we can get in the USA that Napa Canada doesn't have. You looking at $358.91 CAD. Then pretend you all can get the same 20% discount so you at $287.13 CAD then get back your $33.74 CAD core charge so you all in for $253.39 CAD and if you can't get the 20% off you all in for $304.07 CAD for almost as good parts.

All in $186.62 USD if you get the 20% off for almost as good parts and $223.95 USD if you don't get the discount.

They got you. Well you get FREE healthcare so I guess you all got that.

These are $65.59 CAD each with a $21.06 CAD core change. We used to have these from NAPA in the USA for 3rg gens but they no longer carry the Napa Proformer line for our cars. NAPA Canada also has brand new calipers for $103.59 CAD with no core charge. NAPA in the USA doesn't carry them either. Probably because Made in China and the import tariffs.

He says he's in Windsor... that's where you get off the bridge that you get on in Detroit.

Tkx fror the responses.
The napa products, in good old Canada, of course, are not available. I decided, eventhough it is costly to rebuild, i will bite the bullet.
Same company that rebuilt the calipers, years ago, on my 1972 Buick GS, does good work.
I did replace the brake hose on the passenger side. I might aw well replace the driver side.
Car has 27000 miles.

Order online and have the Napa Proformer or Napa Adaptive One or the Brand New calipers delivered to the store Monday March 9th. The Napa below might not be the Napa you shop at but I'm sure they can get them too.

NAPA Auto Parts Southwest Auto & Industrial Supply Inc.
962 OLD TECUMSEH RD
BELLE RIVER, ON N0R 1A0

If you aren't comfortable ordering online you can visit your local NAPA store and have them order them for you to be delivered to your local NAPA store for pickup.
