Re: 1985 Z28 Camaro Convertible
was offered a real nice Jeep here while back.
Anyone else?
Will consider trading for a nice Honda, Acura, VW Jetta, or possibly a nice HD Sportster. I am looking for something that gets good MPG. This camaro gets about 17-18 MPG.

Re: 1985 Z28 Camaro Convertible
Lots of views...
I guess yall want a price. Its really hard to price this thing because of what it is...there's not one out there quite like it. Car was bought by my family from
Kruse International as a show car. Would not take too long to put it back that way. What this car needs at the moment:
It needs some TOP work. The top is not ripped, but some of the stitching
has weathered and it needs attention. My opinion is that the top can be removed and stitched by a professional top for less than a cost of a new top.
A new top for this car runs about $900 in texas installed. I do not have the means to do the top work. It needs some rear struts as well. These run about
$40 a pair around here. AC. Car is still on original R12. It needs to be vacumed
down and in my opinion fill it with R 134 and it will be just fine. No need to convert it if you do a vacume down and refill.
The car cleans up very well as you can see in the photos. It does have some clear coat peal around the tops of the doors. The deck lid also needs to be buffed out. Other than these things mentioned if they were attended to I have no doubt you could win a show with the car as is.
Asking $5,800 OBO. (or possible trades I mentioned)
If the car does not sale I will keep it, sell my pickup and put the money back into the camaro and drive it a couple more years then relist maybe at a later time.

I'll be up in that part of Texas this coming up weekend. I WILL be buying a car this week. But first, how many miles does the Z28 have?

Re: 1985 Z28 Camaro Convertible
Do you have any interior pics showing the condition of the seats/carpet? I've always been fond of the cars with the copper interior, but I'd like to find one where the interior is perfect or nearly perfect.

Its not perfect by any means, the driver seat needs recovering.
No tears in the passenger side or rear, but the color has faded somewhat.
