'84 Z-28 shell
'84 Z-28, no motor, no tranny, no interior. On the outside, the body is not bad at all. Good bumpers, good doors, repairable quarters. Front fenders aren't rotted, but they are banged up. Has a VERY nice fiberglass/ SMC hood on it. The floors do need patched up though. I started on it, but didn't get far... just not enough time. The lower core support is also rusted. IROC wheels don't go with it either. The car is worth more in parts, but I couldn't stand to cut it up. $300 for the shell. I'm in central Ohio.

I'm in Detroit, not too far. Would you consider just selling me the hood? $125? the price is right, I just cant justify the expense of towing the whole thing up here just for the hood.
Also... is the dash pad still in there? What shape is it in?

Re: '84 Z-28 shell
There's a dash pad, but there's no screws holding it in... a few small cracks IIRC. I'd really prefer to leave the hood on it. I had that hood for sale since '05, with really no bites on it. I said "screw it" and bolted it to the car this last summer. At this point, I'm not willing to sell the hood, unless the car goes with it.

I'm interested in the front bumper/chin set up, if you'd part it out?

Re: '84 Z-28 shell
I don't plan on parting it (although oddly enough, I bought it as a parts car) for a couple reasons. 1, too many of these cars get parted and I was hoping to save this one. 2, in the time spent parting it, I could just as easily fix the rust.
I do have another front bumper to sell but it needs repaired. It's torn across the bottom of the license plate area.

Bump. This thing needs to go because I need the space... someone must want a cheap project car.

Eh, there has been basically zero interest in this car, so I decided to keep it. I found a safe place to keep the car until I can devote time to it.
