Take off the plastic from the compartment where the spare tire is, there is a nut you can unscrew and you could ground it to that.

Thats where mine is grounded. Just be sure to sand it down to bare metal to get a good ground.

That is also where I grounded mine. As a side note, whatever you do, don't screw that amp directly to the floor above the gas tank, as you'll probably puncture it or something. I think there's like 0.25" or less clearance between floor and tank. Mine are now totally out of sight, but I had them there once, and what worked really well for me was that double faced carpet tape. I know it sounds weird, but that stuff worked so good, it was hard to pull the amp off. I know this was off topic, but I just wanted to make sure you knew this.

Yeah, as long is the adhesive sticks well to the carpet.

You could sew the bottom part of the velcro to the carpet in the car....or superglue it.

DUCT TAPE, DUCT TAPE FIXES EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!

I basically screwed mine into the carpet itself, and didnt go through the floor. jsut use small screws, enough so it wont move.

i used velcro. i was planing on puttin it on the amp and the carpet then i put it on the amp first and set it down to put the strips on the carpet and had to lift the amp to get the perices and the amp was stuck to the carpet so i just have velcro on my amp and it sticks like a ***** to the carpet so no need to use the other side.
