Do you have anymore pictures at other angles, it is kinda hard to see exactly what it holds and how well the construction is.

To be realistic...

$15 worth of plexi
$25 worth of wood

and maybe $30 worth of time and labor

I wouldn't expect more than about $70-80 for it in all honesty and that'd be after carpeting it.

If you want to make a little more off if it you can finish it out a few ways....

Route a channel for that plexi to sit in so it's flush when you open the lid.

Take a piece of black plexi or painted plexi and use that to cover the bottom and sides of the inside of the amp rack to give it a nice glossy finished look inside.

Just a couple of thoughts and it would make for a nice finished amp rack in someone's ride, other than that it's a good base to start with if someone else wants to buy it and make a few mods.

You could also trim out the top and front with some 1/4" trim panels like pictured below...

Just my $.02

First of all, JL Audio is higher than top of the line Car Audio equipment. If you are planning on gettting another system, DEFINATELY keep the amplifier. But if you are getting rid of it i would sell for around $450 for everything
