Amp boxes
Ok, I have seen several systems where there amp is enclosed in a box as well, and I was wondering how many of you have this, have pics of it, and possibly a set of plans to make one. I posted this right before school, so I didn't have time to search, so if someone has already asked this, tell me and I'll gladly search when I get home again

proly not a good idea to have an amp enclosed in a box. the heat will just build up. it needs air to breathe just like us

I'm sure they have fans or somethin in there with the amps, or I would hope so anywayz. I think having everything enclosed looks really nice and clean, because you don't see any wires period.

my car is a work in process to be done in the spring, but basicalyl what im gonna have when its done is a box to sit over where the gas tank is. It's gonna be carpeted in black, w/the chevy bowtie cut out in the center w/plexiglass in the hole. The inside will be painted white, w/black speckle on it. The amp and my cap will be in there. Then i'm gonna put green rope neon around the outline of the bowtie on the plexi. Also i plan to rig up 2 cpu cooling fans on the box to vent out the air, basically of the remote turn on of the amp, so whenever the amp is on the fans are.
