What's this stupid rattling/buzzing...?!?

Finally got all of my system installed the other day, and I have noticed some weird things. Every now and then I will hear a sporatic rattling/buzzing from my right rear speaker. Now I cannot tell if it is something vibrating, interference, or what. However, the strange thing I noticed was that it mainly happens in the morning or after the car has been sitting for a while (cold). After school, after the car has been int he sun all day, there isn't any noise at all. Im gonna check it out this weekend after i get my alarm installed, or possibly have them check it out...but anybody have any ideas in the meantime??

BTW, they're CDT Audio 6x9 components in the rear, hooked to a Us Acoustics 4085 amp, and Blaupunkt San Jose deck

*EDIT*, this may sound stupid of me but I haven't checked to make sure the +/- is wired up correctly. I swapped them back and forth earlier and still had the same problem, so I don't think this is what caused it.

Yup I would check the door jambe vents as well. I had buzzing coming from the metal behind the speaker and the door jambe vent till I put insulation rubber sheet things down all around the rear 6x9s
