Setup Opinions

Whatcha guys htink of my setup im doing as of now, Ive rewired every speaker wire in my car, 88 Iroc Z, and im starting to buy stuff for it, this is whats goin down.

Headunit - Alpine CDA-7894
4x6 - Infinity Kappa
6x9 - JBL GTO Series (got em brand new for 50$, retail 100+)
Amp - PPI 500-600w, not sure yet.
Subs - 2 12" Kicker Comp VR
Box - Custom ( self built )

Whatcha Think?

you should try to keep your front and rear speakers the same brand. also, for better sound up front, consider getting some kicks -- better imaging. headunit looks great, as do the subs. any pics of the box? whats it made out of?

Yeah i did the infintys up front 4x6 and they defintly were not worth it. Better off getting kicks with components. More money buit i see it as kicks or nothin from now on.

infinity speakers are spectacular, but even they cant overcome the ****ty location of the dash.. put some infinity 6.1 components in some kicks and you'll get knocked off your ***.
