I'm looking at buying the Bazooka RS10A-HP to put in the back of a 91 Vert. How do you think it'd fit/sound?

It should fit, but I'm not a big fan of Bazooks.

Just not my deal. IT looks a little on the expensive side too.

You might wanna look at the infinity Kappa basslink.
It's got everything in it. It's a 10, but hit's hard.....

I also think that is a little expensive for what it is. I don't know how much space is in the back of a conv, but it should fit and give you adequate bass.

I won't be buying through Crutchfield, most of their stuff I've found is overpriced anyways.

Never been a fan of bazooka, Their subs hit slopy and inaccurate, leaving most of the music to question. The only thing those subs would be good for is to help you from spinning out in the winter, cause of weight of box and subs. Not trying to be mean, just dont want to see you wast your money, like I have so many times. Just worry about buying a really nice amp, then buy some crap subs if you want bass right away then save, or just wait and save for some really nice subs.Sorry for any implied attitude.

The problem is, I don't want a box in the back. I'd rather have something compact that I can just lift out when I want/need to. I like the fact that it has it's own amp built in, it's own casing, and usually rests right into the rear area pretty decently. I'm not dead set on Bazooka, but I do want something similar.

for what bazooka costs, you can get an empty tube, buy a subwoofer, amp and wiring kit and wind up with MUCH better sound.

Buy one of the infinity kappa perfect setups. If you know someone who works at circuit city, you can get it for 150, that saves you 150.It hits hard as anyhting though. And it lasts forever. You should look imto it.
