1.5 DIN Stereos
How many of you guys are using one of the 1.5 DIN units, and which one? Was installation easy?
pioneer deh-47 or something. i like it, 35x4, almost enough settings for me to fool around with. go to radio shack (or equivalent) and buy the GM harness adapter for your year/style of plug. then just crimp/solder that to the radio's connections, and plug it in. the harness is like $8. i got the radio off an online store over a year ago for $170, but sold my old one with my old car for $100. i don't know if i'd actually spend $200 on it, but certainly $100. the older one, deh-45 and -46 are almost the same minus the nifty customized EQ/tone settings, but much cheaper. personally, though, with the odd speakers i have in the convertible, the EQ/tone settings stuff is very handy.

Alpine D857 right here. Best deck ive ever bought. Sounds crisp. Never skips a beat. and the colors on it are a perfect color match to the dash lights on the GTA. It seriously looks like it belongs in there. I will cry if anything ever happens to it.
