Re-using my Monster Cables....

I want to take my system out of my sport coupe, and get it reinstalled in my recently acquired Firebird. I'm pretty clear on how too remove everything, except for the Monster Cables running to the amp. Is the money I'd save taking them out worth it or should I just get new ones? I wanted to use as much stuff that I already have as possible to get a decent system in my new car, but I'm not really sure where the wiring goes and how much of a PITA it would be to take it out.

shouldn't be to terrible to do.. there's only 2 routes that i can think of that the wires would run.. now when you say monster cables i would assume that you would be reffering to the rca cables.. if so.. then it would either be down the door channels.. or tucked up under the side of the center console.. down under the seat/carpet to the back.. best thing i could suggest to you would be to start from the amp.. and start tracing the wire back to the radio.. i've got several sets of rca cables in my 92 25th ann.. i've got 2 sets tucked.. and 1 in the channel.. but it shouldn't be to bad.. around here.. a 20 foot set of rca cables is about 14.00 so i recycle all my good stuff even the power wires..

hope that was of some help to you..

taking apart is always easier than installing, Do you do the install in the sport coupe. Just do what the other guy siad and work from the amp to the stereo. If you get stuck you can always take out the stereo and work from that way.
