Why Is Jbl Impossible To Find?!!?!?%!#

I'm trying to find some of the amplifiers listed on JBL's website, namely the PX600.2 and PX300.4 Does anyone know where I can find these amps? I checked JBL's website for the nearest retailer... 50 miles away!! Any help is appreciated.

you sure you got the right part numbers? Those numbers only brought up 1 or 2 sites in google. If it was a current amp, it would have brought up hundreds of links.

sounddomain.com and ikesound.com (among many others) both sell JBL amps.

Yes, they are current (or so it seems) http://www.jbl.com/car/category.asp?cat=amp

I came up with the same two sites on google, and have been searching the internet like a madman. If anyone is able to find these for sale anywhere, please let me know!

I decided to read that press article on found on google, and it says these are being shipped this spring, so I'm not sure if they've actually shipped out or not. I guess I'll call that place 50 miles away and find out.

Damn nice looking...

Not my type. I guess I'm an old-school guy that likes amps with traditional heat sinks. That see-through space ship stuff doesn't really do anything for me.

But as long as they perform well, it's water under the bridge.

LOL... I think you've pretty much made your mark as the king of old-school traditionalism on these boards. I have to admit, coming from a new-school load-the-interior-with-neons kind of guy, you have two of the nicest looking cars here.

I'll post the info on these amps when I call the JBL reseller tomorrow, in case anyone is interested in them.

the only new amp i want to see by JBL is the one they did with Crown. most powerful car audio amp ever. 5000 watts i believe. only pics i ever saw showed it taking up around 1/3-1/2 of a small truck bed

Those amps are 'mini-me's of that bad boy crown one it looks like. Same general appearence (just A LOT smaller. lol). Hopefully they will be good quality and low price like their past amps.

Alright, I called Model Electronics in Freehold, NJ, and they said these two amps are in the spring catalog, but haven't shipped out yet. I'm just gonna wait another month to see if they start popping up online; if they're up to par in JBL standards, I think it would be worth the wait.

Thanks man. Part of why I like a traditional look is because in 10 years I think my cars will still look as good as they do today. The problem with the newest and hottest thing, is that pretty soon it isn't.

Relax, they're not replacing the entire line. All of the current black amps will remain as they are for at least another quarter, unless they announce something otherwise. These amps are a new addition to their current line.
