flat speakers?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any speakers that are good quality that are pretty flat!
the reason being is because i did the 4th gen dash/door panel/console conversion and there is no room for speakers in the top of my dash anymore, so i want to put some in the doors where the 4th gens have them, but i need pretty flat speakers for them to fit because of the window rails
any suggestions would be good to
thanks

Focal makes a slim line series. I think the 6.5" is about 2.2" deep.

Build some kind of fiberglass/bondo door buildout. I did one for an 88 GTA at the shop that I used to work at that had two pair of very deep older Alpine Digimax 6.5" in each door. It did not stick out any farther than the cupholders on the 91 style Firebird doorpanels. I wish that I had pix of that install!

Sorry I didn't pay close enough attention. I didn't realize that you had the 4th Gen door panel. Sorry. Kole audio makes a shallow 10" or 12" but I am not sure about a smaller midbass driver. YOu could also build some kickpanels or even buy the Q-Form brand of prebuilt ones. They fit pretty well and you can fit up to a 6.5" in them. Good luck! I had the Q-Forms but didn't have all of the pieces for them, they didn't fit very well. Sold them and built my own that fit like a glove.

Why not do kick pannels instead? It would be a lot easier and probably sound better too.
