Have a look on the suspension board. Subframe connectors (SFCs) connect the front frame and rear frame of the car to give it a more rigid overall body. They get welded on (ideally), and are the first mod I ever recommend anyone doing to their car. They will reduce a lot of rattles.

Other things that tend to rattle are the rear liscence plate frame, which probably just need new rubber on them. T-tops rattle plenty if you have them, they probably just need to be adjusted a bit (take them off and you should see screws on the left and right on the car itself. these adjust the pin holes that hold the t-top on the car). When you open the doors, there's a vent with slats on the rear of the door well. It's plastic, and like to rattle a lot. Try some double sided sticky foam there. And like 87t-5.0transam said, invest in some Dynamat and place it in your doors, under your carpets, behind the speakers in the sail panels, and wherever else you can think of.

Yep asphalt glue and aluminum backing. Only thing that might be different is the thickness. V1 is aluminum backed and v2 isn't. I would recomend v1 for most of your applications.
