I can't see the pics either, but i'll try and answer your question. First, the pennysaver is intended for people that A) buy anything and everything they think is a good deal, whether they need it or not. or B) people who are broke and trying to get stuff as cheap as possible.
Some of the places that advertise in publications like the pennysaver are o.k.. but most are hole-in-the-wall places in the middle of the ghetto. Those that are o.k., are just showing you cheap stuff in order to get you in the store. A local shop around here advertised a sub, amp and box combo for $300. For an extra couple of hundred, you could upgrade to a bigger (600w) amp. But it was the same subs and box. So basically they wanted to sell you a setup that was underpowered (the $300 package) in order to make a quick sell. Of course when I went into the store, they tried to sell me $500 custom box, "because the install is really what determines how loud it will be".
What you need to do is decide on what you want. Are you going to install everything yourself, or is someone else going to do it? If you're installing yourself, then buy everything online or mail order. If not, then get estimates from at least 3 shops to make sure you're not going to pay more than you really need to.
Above all, if you aren't totally broke, then put the pennysaver down!

Im probably going to buy all the equitment online but im going to have this shop around the corner install it for me. They have a kenwood head unit with mp3 playback for $89.99 that seems pretty good. I just want 2 12" 2 6x9" and a set of componet speakers. and like 2 amps. Something that has some bump but yet again wont say steel me all over it. How much should instalation cost of all thestuff i want?

Installation is where they butt rape you! I took my new head unit into Circuit City expecting to pay $40 tops for installation....They start @ $61 + parts; to a total of $101... I AM NOT ****TING YOU! I ended up putting it in myself for free in 45min.
I would expect around $100 to $150 for amp and sub.
If you have any wiring experience (i.e. color coordination) then it is defiantly a good idea to do it yourself.

I was thinking about doing it my self but im afraid to be cutting and drilling and taking apart my own car just for a stereo.I rather let someone with exepirence do it then my self. Im gonna get one of those custom sub boxes for my car just to make it look a lil cleaner.

I would expect to pay $300-500 in install charges if you go to a shop. It seems like what you want is a little contradictory. The equipment you're describing is more of a high quality SQ system (by using amps for the speakers and using component speakers up front). If you're only wanting to get a little bump then you'd be better to have the speakers powered off the head unit and the subs and amp mounted in the back. With two amps and a custom box for 2 12" subs, you're either going to have to mount the amps directly behind the back seats (if you're not wanting your system to be visible, that ain't gonna do it) or get creative with the install. If you're not wanting to do the install yourself, then you definently won't want to do installs in unusual places.
My advice (and don't take this the wrong way) is that you need to decide what exactly it is that you want. When you're wanting to change out everything in the car, but then go for an $80 head unit, it kinda defeats the purpose. Wanting a custom enclosure so you have a cleaner looking install is great, but that's a byproduct of having a custom enclosure. If the box isn't matched to the subs, then your system won't sound right (or at the very least not sound as good as it could). If you're on a budget, then decide which parts are most important to you and which you can wait on. If you only have $300-400 to spend, then I wouldn't plan on doing a whole system. If you could post more specifics (i.e. what type of music you listen to, how loud you want it to be, how important sound quality is for you, what your budget is, etc.) then it would be easier to answer your question.
