1/2 in. MDF?
i'm making a box for the bottom half of my well. here's the post i have going on what it's gona be like but i planned on using 1/2 in MDF and a post at this site was talking about it and telling them thier concerns and someone else told me the smallest should use should be 5/8's but's it's only 1/8's bigger. but they were talking about a box in a trunk out in the open, mine will have the well all around it. so is this a bad idea or should i use 5/8's. also it's my first box and i'm not sure how to secure each peice together. glue and screws?
o ya
1/2 in MDF i get 1.49 ft^3
5/8 in MDF i get 1.38 ft^3 i need 1.5
