MA audio ?s
i am currently running 2 12" infinity references, and they sound pretty good, but i think i would like to be able to hear it a little more on the outside of the car. i kid i used to know had 2 ma audios and they sounded pretty loud.
what's everyone's opinion on them? i'm not looking for the most expensive, blow your head off and make your ears bleed type, but something that can still give a little pound to the ground. how about their amps as well?

why would you want to hear them outside the car? normally you would want to keep the music inside the car.i am glad my taurus has an insulated trunk and that it is almost impossible to hear outside the car, minus the linscense rattle. althought from the car to an inside building or home i can definitley hear it.

it really depends which model of MA audio subs you're looking at. A cheaper way to get better sound would be to look at your current setup and find a weak link, perhaps your box could be redone for example. Or your electrical system

I've been in car audio for around 5 years now and I've had at least one MA audio product in my car at all times. The synergy series is my favorite because they deliver awesome bass at a pretty decent price. If you want something that you can hear outside the car more than inside then you need to go with a ported box such as an "easydb" or "virtual technology". And the subs you need to run is either Cadence or Massive Audio. Massiveaudio.com has some specs about the products but that's what i recommend man. I had two massive competition twelves in an iroc and was hitting 145 db inside the car. I hope it helps.

thanks for advice, as for hearing it outside the car i was talking about being able to hear a good "bump" in a different car or just to show off for friends (...making car alarms going off, etc)
