Save your money and buy a good amp. YOur not gonna get a half decent true 1000 watt amp for $100.

And, for that matter, why two subs? Why not just use one 10", and bridge the amp? My "future" (after the framework and bodywork and paintjob and engine rebuild and trans rebuild... so I'm definately talking future!) system will just use one sub in a homemade sealed box.

I agree with TOM. You dont need a huge amount of power and one ten often sounds good. I have a single Ten in a sealed fiberglass box in the bottom of the well with two amps mounted ontop of it. You cant see anything from outside the car or even if you are inside the car for that matter and it sounds very good.
Also fiberglass is easy to work with, just use a mask!!!!!

yeah bro sent me a page with tutorials ask him for it becuz they make it look easy... im gunna glass my kicks becuz of him..
tom p i have one 12" pioneer impp in a ported tube. my friend gave it to me after he cracked it putting 600watts continuously. i put rubber cement on it for temp fix and wired it to the rear spear harness with no amp.. they hit pretty good on low wattage but tehy are not "clean" sounding.( no amp does that) also i have no filter so i get all frequencies on it which makes it worse... but like i said no amp they still sound pretty good

rms is what truely matters for an amp i wouldn't worry about watts if you want an amp that will power stuff go for high rms
